As a Security Officer Customer Service Support in Beverly Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a premier retail location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist with loss prevention awareness, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Use computer or tablet systems to document activity and support daily operations while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $20.96 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, while reporting unusual activity.
• Assist with access control, visitor screening, package checks, and monitoring of designated entry and exit points in accordance with site procedures.
• Help to deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through a professional presence, observation, and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or applicable license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
