As a Security Officer Digital Visitor Registration in Santa Monica, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will be a welcoming presence for tenants, visitors, and employees. You will support access control and badge processes, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor building access, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and vendor logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate professionally with property management and onsite personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front-desk activity and security-related systems, document observations and incidents, and help to deter unauthorized access through a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
