As a Dispatch Professional with Allied Universal at a dynamic aero and defense location, you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to alarms and incidents, and support daily security-related operations through clear communication and attentive documentation. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or callers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication practices at an aerospace and defense location.
- Monitor communication systems, receive calls for service, dispatch appropriate personnel, and document security-related incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations by coordinating notifications, relaying accurate information to site contacts and/or first responders, and supporting timely emergency response activities.
- Maintain detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records, helping to support compliance with site policies, post orders, and other security-related procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and status checks, helping to deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter when applicable to the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
