As a Dispatch Professional with Allied Universal at a dynamic aero and defense location, you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to alarms and incidents, and support daily security-related operations through clear communication and attentive documentation. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or callers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication practices at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Monitor communication systems, receive calls for service, dispatch appropriate personnel, and document security-related incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations by coordinating notifications, relaying accurate information to site contacts and/or first responders, and supporting timely emergency response activities.
  • Maintain detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records, helping to support compliance with site policies, post orders, and other security-related procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and status checks, helping to deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter when applicable to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
