As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic aero and defense location. In this driving post, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and guide timely responses to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication processes at an aerospace and defense location.
- Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate the dispatch of Allied Universal personnel and/or site resources in response to incidents, medical situations, facility concerns, and other security-related matters.
- Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and status updates, helping to support timely communication, accurate recordkeeping, and continuity of operations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while observing and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
