As a Security Officer Dispatch Operator in Carlsbad, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help response teams address security-related concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific procedures, handling security-related communications, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or other dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to onsite personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate responses to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations by gathering details, prioritizing requests, and communicating updates to the appropriate contacts.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident records, helping to support continuity of operations and timely follow-up on security-related matters.
• Support access control and visitor-related communication processes as needed for a technology-focused location, while helping to address questions, route requests, and report concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
