As a Security Officer Dispatch Operator in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Professional at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. You will provide outstanding customer service while helping maintain a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and financial institution personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, access-control notifications, and other communications from a centralized dispatch location; document information accurately and notify appropriate personnel.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations while maintaining clear, professional communication and accurate activity logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining dispatch records, tracking officer locations and assignments, and communicating relevant updates to authorized personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Preferred: Be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Preferred: Have customer service experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
