As a Security Officer DoD Security Clearance Patrol in West Chester, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
