As a Security Officer Driver Badge Monitor in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post. You will help monitor entry points, verify badges and credentials, assist visitors and team members, and support smooth, professional security-related operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, credential verification steps, and approved entry and exit protocols.
• Monitor access points, screen and/or document arrivals and departures, and report unusual activity or access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations by following post orders, communicating with site contacts, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including production-related spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with working conditions that may vary by site.
• Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation related to access control, visitor management, and general security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
