As a Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Lake Buena Vista, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and team members. This driving post includes operating a vehicle as needed while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, amenities, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and responding to access-related questions.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
