What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor radio, phone, alarm, and camera activity, receive calls for service, and dispatch personnel to incidents, service requests, and priority situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and communication records, and relay accurate information to site leadership, property management, and/or emergency responders as needed.
- Coordinate responses to access concerns, disturbances, maintenance-related issues, and other security-related incidents across the property while helping to support continuity of operations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting conditions that could impact tenants, visitors, and/or staff.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Must be able to ride a bike.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
