As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol in Peoria, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and communicate with employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures while helping to deter unauthorized entry and other security-related concerns.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions, and promptly report findings to designated personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
