As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Response in Leawood, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious behavior, property concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.
- Support daily operations by assisting with visitor inquiries, following communication protocols, and completing required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or observations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
