Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access awareness, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering the opportunity to stay active while helping to deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events according to site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity in public areas to help support a welcoming environment for guests and staff while reporting security-related concerns to site management and/or emergency personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
