Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting assigned security-related duties throughout the location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and help to verify authorized entry of personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols.
  • Document incidents, daily activities, and/or maintenance or hazard concerns, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
