As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential care location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will support residents, visitors, and staff through professional communication and customer service while documenting observations and responding to concerns. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and information, and report access-control concerns or suspicious activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a residential care environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of law enforcement experience, two years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or three years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
