As a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Pre-Employment Requirement: Security Experience - +1 Years (C115)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, amenities, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor and vendor direction, and report maintenance, security-related, and/or policy-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support hospitality operations by providing a professional presence, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following post orders for after-hours and resort-related activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
