As a Security Officer Patrol Communications in Robinson Twp., PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.54 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, financial institution policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial institution, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, unauthorized entry attempts, hazards, and policy violations.
• Document patrol findings and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
