Role Description This Security Officer position is a contracted one-day, on-site role based in Fort Worth, TX 76177. This role is responsible for protecting guests, staff, and property by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring premises, and responding to security incidents. Your tasks may include crowd control, controlling access to facilities, observing and reporting suspicious activity, and following established safety procedures and post orders. The Security Officer will collaborate with clients and internal teams, document events and incidents accurately, and support ongoing risk assessments and security improvements. The role may involve working varied shifts, including morning, midday, and night with most duties being outside.

• Ability to monitor entrances and exits, and maintain situational awareness in diverse environments.

• Strong observation, reporting, and incident documentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication.

• Knowledge of basic security, safety, and emergency response procedures; ability to follow post orders and company protocols.

• Capacity to de-escalate situations, manage conflicts professionally, and interact with clients and the public in a respectful manner.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods; capability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions.

• High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive situations.

• Prior security, law enforcement, military, or protective services experience is highly beneficial.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training, state licensing, or relevant certifications (e.g., security officer license, CPR/First Aid) are a plus.

• Comfort with using radios, phones, and basic technology systems for communication and incident reporting.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Fort Worth, TX 76177.
