In this stationary role, you will help monitor access, assist visitors and staff, support security-related procedures, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a front desk location within a financial institution.
• Monitor visitor access, greet employees and guests, verify credentials, and direct people to the appropriate contact or department according to site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, employees, and/or first responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed front desk logs, incident reports, and access records to support security-related operations and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Answer phones, observe lobby activity, and assist with routine inquiries while supporting a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess a CPO certification.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
