As a Security Officer Front Desk Driver in Atlantic City, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor front desk access activity, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with property guidelines.
• Answer phones, greet incoming guests, receive deliveries, and support resident and management inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, complaints, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required logs and communication channels.
• Maintain accurate front desk records, visitor logs, package information, and other assigned documentation while observing activity in the lobby and entry areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
