As a Security Officer Front Desk Guard in Waukesha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional commercial real estate location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will greet visitors, manage access and badges, monitor front desk activity, and support security-related operations through clear communication and strong customer service. Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and front desk activity, assist with visitor check-in procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and clear communication.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with building management and/or emergency contacts as needed.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support daily operations at the location while documenting security-related events, visitor information, and/or reported concerns according to site policies.
• Support access control and badge-related processes at the front desk, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
