As a Security Officer Full Time Building Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to guests, visitors, and staff while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to hotel and resort guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort public areas, guest access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, observe for unusual conditions, and report maintenance, policy, or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while providing a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
