As a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol in Eden Prairie, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols by bicycle, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, tenants, and staff with exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, tenant corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and customer interactions accurately and completely in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
