As a Security Officer - Full - Time - Experienced in Florence, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while supporting access control, visitor check-in, and security-related communications. You will use computer or tablet systems to maintain accurate records, assist employees and guests, and help promote a secure, organized environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and contractors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain accurate entry and departure records in accordance with site requirements.
• Receive and direct visitors, deliveries, and calls; communicate clearly with appropriate site personnel regarding arrivals, access needs, and security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual conditions, unauthorized access attempts, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
