As a Security Officer Full Time Guest Services in Asbury Park, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting a professional and secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers. You will manage access, assist with visitor procedures, monitor activity, and communicate clearly while providing exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $20.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as directed, issue visitor passes when applicable, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Answer phones, greet and direct visitors, and communicate professionally with employees, vendors, and emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
