As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support security-related screening procedures consistent with location requirements.
- Support a professional environment at an aero and defense location by communicating with employees, visitors, and site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or operational issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
