As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, unsecured doors, and potential hazards in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
