As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Visibility in Tampa, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a residential community. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, observe and report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication to residents and visitors. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and security-related concerns.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity through clear, timely reports and shift communications.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
