As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Badge Control Patrol in Groveport, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support badge and access-control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet systems. Pay Rate: $19.19 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, loading docks, and other designated areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in alignment with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
