We are currently hiring Gatehouse Security Officers in Kissimmee, FL. Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is its employees.

As a Gatehouse Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring access to the property, assisting residents and visitors, conducting routine patrols, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Available Shifts:

• Third Shift
• Weekdays and Weekends

Pay Rate:$15.00–$17.00 per hour

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the property through the gatehouse.
• Verify residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors before granting access.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, and clients.
• Conduct routine patrols as required.
• Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activity and security concerns.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately and on time.
• Follow DSI policies, client procedures, and post orders.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify the proper authorities when necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida Class D Security License (or the ability to obtain one before employment).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and conduct routine patrols throughout the shift.
• Ability to work third shift, including weekdays and weekends.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements.
