## **Description Overview**

This is a Day shift role working 8am to 6pm Friday - Sunday.
Pay - \$22.00 - \$24.00
**2027 Plant Closure Disclaimer**
In March of 2025, Perrigo announced that the current operations at our
facility in Milton, VT will be migrated to our plant in Eau Claire, WI
at the estimated sunset date of July 2027. However, production
operations will continue for approximately the next two years, so we
want to make the remaining work experience with us as compelling as
possible during that time!
Perrigo is committed to offering a highly competitive severance package
for employees who see this project through to completion. **At the time
of the plant closure, if your tenure length is at least 12 months, you
would be entitled to 52 weeks (one years worth) of base pay, bonus, and
company-paid COBRA coverage for up to 1-year following your exit.** For
employees with less than 12 months tenure at the time of plant closure,
they will receive 36 weeks (9 months) of base pay, bonus, and COBRA
coverage. These severance offerings would be consistent with the terms
of the Perrigo Company plc Severance Policy for U.S. Employees. From a
new employees start date with Perrigo through their role completion,
employment with Perrigo will remain as full-time, regular,
benefits-eligible, and at-will employment classification.
## **Scope of the Role**
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains and supports a safe, secure site/facility and work environment
for employees, approved contractors, and visitors for designated areas.
Monitors and authorizes access of employees, visitors, and approved
contractors in facilities and performs security patrols of designated
areas on foot or in vehicle.
Provides physical security to all facilities, protects assets, and
serves as a proactive and preventative security presence and enforces
applicable rules and physical security requirements.
Responds to security, safety issues and alarms; and communicates with
first emergency responders as needed.
Reports safety and security conditions and risks, and enforces safety
and security policies, programs, and procedures throughout the
organization.
