Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor credentials and/or resident authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the residential community.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with residents, management, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, while observing and reporting security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery records, provide directions and assistance at access points, and report unusual activity according to Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
