Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible armed presence to deter and prevent unauthorized activity, theft, or disturbances.
- Monitor premises through patrols, body cams, and surveillance systems.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with sound judgment and tactical awareness.
- Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports using company dispatch or reporting systems.
- Enforce access control, verify credentials, and ensure compliance with property rules.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid Texas Level 3 (Armed) Commission License issued by DPS.
- Have your own firearm and duty gear in compliance with DPS standards.
- Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication, observation, and de-escalation skills.
- Reliable transportation and a professional appearance required.
