What We're Looking For:

Looking for a part-time role that still offers full benefits? Join our Protection Services team and help safeguard the people and operations behind a 75,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. These 24- or 32-hour-per-week positions include medical benefits, a 401(k), paid holidays, opportunities to pick up additional shifts, and a $1.50-per-hour differential for second- and third-shift hours.

In this active, highly visible role, you'll patrol the facility, monitor access, conduct security checks, respond to alarms and incidents, and assist employees and visitors. You'll work both indoors and outdoors while partnering with others to protect a facility that produces botanical ingredients used in products around the world.

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Valid State Driver's License required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State CPL

As part of the Protection Services Department, you'll manage the security needs of Amway's people and properties. The Protection Services team is focused on providing physical security, loss prevention, emergency management, and business support services along with best-in-practice enterprise security risk management strategies. This is an interesting and meaningful role responsible for the safety and security of Amway employees, IBOs, guests, and facilities.
