Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor management activities, and/or emergency response support when appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, issue access badges, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with location policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Answer phones, support front desk communications, and help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of entry activity and following access control procedures.
• Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation related to security-related concerns, customer service interactions, and/or facility access activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
