Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Security Officer, you will ensure a reasonably safe and secure healthcare environment by promptly responding to security emergencies and maintaining a professional demeanor while supporting CommonSpirit Health's mission and strategic goals.
Every day you will observe and report activities/incidents, preserve order, enforce regulations and policies when assistance is requested, and document all incidents and requests within the hospital reporting platform, acting consistently with CommonSpirit Health's core values.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong observational skills, a professional demeanor, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to documenting incidents accurately while upholding safety and security standards.
