As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a premier retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff. Position Type: Part Time / Day shift

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail center location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with site management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking facilities, storefront perimeters, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual activity, property conditions, and policy violations, completing accurate incident reports and daily activity documentation.
• Assist with access control, visitor assistance, and directions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and batons is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
