Security Officer Mobile Response Driver

As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Dania, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will interact professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to site management or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while providing a professional presence for occupants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security professional license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
