Mount Olive Middle School

Effective: August 31, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year

Ten (10) month position Eight (8) hours per day Non-Unit position

Qualifications:

• Must be retired law enforcement
• Must have a valid permit issued by the NJSP to carry a handgun
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification as a School Resource Officer preferred
• First Aid & CPR certification preferred
• Experience working in school settings with school-aged students preferred
• Good communications skills
• Criminal history background check

Job Description

Salary: $42,000
