Description
Required Qualifications
At least 20 years of age
Have a valid drivers license
Possess a Class D Security Officer's License or independently obtain a Class D Security Officer's License within 90 days of your date of hire
Able to withstand walking and standing for long periods of time
Able to work any shift, including, but not limited to days, nights, late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to perform mathematical computations
Excellent telephone communication skills
Able to use a two-way radio
Able and willing to adjust one's style or approach in response to differing circumstances or to work in ambiguous situations
Capable of working effectively without close supervision or guidance
Able to set priorities, plan and coordinate work activities, schedule staff, and obtain and manage resources so that work objectives are accomplished on time and within budget
Capable of working productively and effectively when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures
Able to develop and maintain professional, trusting, positive, and productive working relationships with associates, managers, customers, and vendors
Have the ability to attend to and verify the accuracy and completeness of detailed information in documents or on the computer, such as prices, quantity, weights, lists or data
Able to create an environment in which a positive and professional service orientation is evident to internal customers
Able to use “active listening” techniques to ensure the understanding of information provided by the speaker, and display interest in the topic discussed
Intermediate knowledge of the TDPS (Transportation Driver Performance System)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Verifiable satisfactory job performance record
Able to work well with others and be a team member
