As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Agent in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post. You will also support daily operations through strong customer service, communication, and teamwork while reflecting our values of being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive location, including production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and/or vendor processing in accordance with site policies.
- Assist with maintaining order at the location by following post instructions, reporting maintenance and/or hazard-related issues, and supporting continuity of operations during routine and emergency conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
