Using a computer or tablet as needed, you will communicate clearly, maintain a professional presence, and help identify and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide courteous customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and security-related policies in a healthcare setting.
• Screen patients, visitors, and permitted items in accordance with facility procedures, communicating directions clearly and respectfully.
• Respond to screening concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain awareness of entry points and waiting areas, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting orderly access to the location.
• Document screening-related activities, observations, and incidents according to site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
