As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri02:00 AM - 10:00 AMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain awareness of pedestrian and vehicle activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and report concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
