Join Allied Universal as an armed, driving patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, assigned post orders, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic retail areas to help to deter theft-related activity, trespassing, and/or disorderly behavior while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support access control, assist with customer and employee interactions, and communicate clearly with management regarding policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
