In this role, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, badge verification requirements, and security-related policies at the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and other controlled access points to help manage authorized entry and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or access concerns.
• Verify credentials, visitor registrations, delivery documentation, and/or vehicle access permissions while maintaining accurate logs and communicating status updates to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related matters to the appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify hazards, unsecured access points, and other unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
