Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, managing entry and exit activity, and supporting access control processes at a manufacturing location.
• Monitor badges, credentials, deliveries, and/or visitor logs to help support authorized access to restricted areas, report unusual activity, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.
• Support emergency response activities and follow post orders related to industrial operations, equipment areas, and high-traffic access points.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
