Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor front entry activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. In this highly visible role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and integrity while helping create a professional and welcoming first impression for everyone who enters the site.

Pay Rate: $15.42 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor visitor access at the front desk, verify credentials, issue passes as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Answer phones, greet employees, contractors, and visitors, and support front desk operations involving access control, directions, and general assistance.
• Observe activity at entry points and reception areas, report unusual behavior or conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
