Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor entry points, conduct screening activities, and support access control procedures. In this role, you will remain visible, help to deter security-related concerns, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.70 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or deliveries entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or shipment documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, or unauthorized entry attempts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting conditions, documenting observations, and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
