As a Front Desk Officer in a busy retail location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, observe activity from a primary station, and support security-related needs through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor check-in activities, and/or emergency response support as appropriate.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity, greet employees, visitors, and vendors, and help to direct individuals to the proper contact or destination within the location.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, and access documentation, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy issues through proper channels.
• Help to monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, following entry procedures, and supporting a professional presence at the reception area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
