You will manage access, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.09 - $17.09 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and direct guests to appropriate building areas or contacts.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and front desk communications while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
